Moldovan tax body announced winners of last edition of Fiscal Lottery contest

Chisinau, Aug. 1 /MOLDPRES/- State Tax Service published today on the institution's official website, https://sfs.md/ro/pagina/loteria-fiscala, the list of the 175 winners of the 2nd quarterly edition of the Tax Lottery contest, as a result of the draw on July 21, 2022.

The persons nominated as winners will benefit from prizes worth one thousand lei each.

During the second quarterly stage, 17.6 million bank card transactions took place between April 1 and June 30, 2022, for a total amount of 5.1 billion lei (over 250 million euros), the information being received from licensed commercial banks issuing from the Republic of Moldova.

Winning transactions are selected from the total number of transactions participating in the Tax Lottery contest, randomly, automatically, based on bank card transactions, through the Random.org platform.
