Meteorologists forecast hot weather in second decade of August

Chisinau, August 8 /MOLDPRES/- The second decade of August will begin with air temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius and variable skies, in the north and center with precipitation.

According to the State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS), this week will be characterized by hot temperatures, with maximums throughout the territory up to 32 degrees Celsius during the day. At night, we will have temperatures of 15-22 degrees Celsius, the coldest being, traditionally, in the north of the country.

During this week, rains with electrical discharges are possible, mainly in the central and northern regions.

Until August 12, the Yellow Code of exceptional fire danger is valid throughout the country.
