The decision of the Russian authorities is explained by the "unfavorable phytosanitary situation" on the territory of our country.

According to Rosselihoznadzor, the import of vegetable products from the districts of Anenii Noi, Basarabeasca, Briceni, Cahul, Cantemir, Călăraşi, Causeni, Cimişlia, Criuleni, Donduşeni, Drochia, Edineţ, Făleşti, Floreşti, Glodeni, Hânceşti, Ialoveni, Leova, Nisporeni, Ocniţa is prohibited.

"The service has undertaken several actions regarding the regionalization of the territory of the Republic of Moldova in the context of the spread of vegetable crop diseases, a fact that allowed the preparation of a list of localities and enterprises, which will be able to export vegetable and vegetable products to Russia", indicates Rosselihoznadzor.

Among the parasites detected in the batches of Moldovan products, the Russians named the oriental fruit moth, the fruit fly, the monoliosis brown rot, etc., summarizes the quoted source.
