Moldovagaz debt audit contract to Gazprom, Factoring-Finance signed

Chisinau, August 11 /MOLDPRES/- The Public Property Agency signed the contract on purchase of independent financial and legal audit services of Moldovagaz's debt to Gazprom and Factoring-Finance with companies Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma AS from Norway and Forensic Risk Alliance & Co from Great Britain.
Thus, the two companies undertake to audit the debts for the gas delivered to the Republic of Moldova, the right bank of the Dniester by 30 January 2023.
The contract was awarded through the direct negotiation procedure, following the order of the Emergency Commission of July 13, 2022.
