Moldovan deputy premier pays working visit to Rascaieti, Stefan Voda

Chisinau, August 26 /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian paid a working visit to Răscăieți village, Ștefan Vodă district, the Reintegration Policy Bureau has reported.

Serebrian had talks with mayor of the locality, heads and employees of local public institutions, teaching and cultural staff and inhabitants of the village.

They approached issues related to needs such as restoring the water supply of Răscăieții Noi locality, which is part of Răscăieți village, improving the water supply of Răscăieți village, the challenges faced by teachers and employees in education and culture, local infrastructure projects - roads, public lighting, as well as the promotion of trust measures between the two banks of the Dniester.

Visits were paid to the House of Culture, the Public Library, the Museum of Ethnography, the Răscăieți gymnasium, the Andries kindergarten, as well as the gymnasium in Răscăieții Noi village, with on-site collecting facts about the current needs and complaints of the labor groups.

The projects financed via the program of activities for the reintegration of the country were assessed. Răscăieți village has benefited so far from a budget of over 838 thousand lei for the implementation of 4 projects of community interest (street lighting, renovation of pavilions and playgrounds at Andries kindergarten, renovation, repair and equipment of the food block at kindergarten No 2 in the locality, as well as the arrangement of a cultural public space).

Serebrian assured that the problems approached during the working visit will be coordinated with the relevant national authorities and will intervene to find solutions.
