Children, young people from Moldova to be able to get funding for digital skills

Chisinau, August 29 /MOLDPRES/- Non-profit organizations from Moldova are invited to apply by 14 September 2022 for funding worth 300 euros to organize events promoting and contributing to the development of digital and programming skills of children and young people.

The funding will be offered via Techsoup Association, coordinator of the Meet and Code Romania, which this year is launching the first edition of Meet and Code Moldova.

"Non-governmental organizations from Moldova are invited to propose Meet and Code events that challenge participants to discover the power of technology and lines of code by solving problems in their communities, to develop teamwork skills, creativity and product creation", the organizers said.

Events can be proposed by 14 September and must be held on 1 September - 31 October 2022. Participation in the event must be free and event participants must be children or young people.
