Moldovan speaker pays official visit to Denmark

Chisinau, 5 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- Speaker Igor Grosu pays an official visit to Denmark on 5-8 September, the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.

In Copenhagen, Grosu will have a meeting with Speaker of the Danish Parliament Henrik Dam Kristensen. The visit's agenda also includes meetings with vice presidents of the Danish Legislature and members of the parliamentary committees. The official will also discuss with representatives of the Confederation of Danish Industry, as well as of the energy sector.

Grosu will be received by Queen Margaret II of Denmark. The meeting will take place at the official residence of the Danish royal family, Fredensborg Palace.

The visit to Copenhagen also includes a meeting between Igor Grosu and diaspora from the Kingdom of Denmark.

The official will be accompanied by MP Radu Marian, deputy head of the economy, budget and finance committee, and advisor to speaker for foreign policy Elena Lungu.
