Moldovan soldiers participate in multinational exercise Citadel 2022

Chisinau, 8 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- National Army servicemen participate in the multinational exercise Citadel 2022, held on 5-23 September in Râşnov, Romania.
According to the Ministry of Defense, during the exercise, the Moldovan soldiers are involved in two workshops: information technologies and cyber security and defense. They test under a fictitious scenario the capabilities of monitoring, detecting and reacting to cyber attacks in an interoperable environment.
The event brings together soldiers from Romania, the Republic of Moldova, Bulgaria and Italy. The National Army has been participating in the exercise since 2017.
