Moldovan MPs assemble at first plenary meeting of autumn session

Chisinau, 14 September /MOLDPRES/ - The MPs will convene at the first plenary meeting of the autumn session on 15 September. The parliament’s standing bureau today approved the agenda for the plenary meetings due on 15-22 September 2022. 

Thus, beginning with 13:30, the lawmakers are to consider, in the first reading, a legislative initiative which envisages the providing of a monthly allowance worth 1,000 lei to all children up to the age of two years, no matter where their parents are insured or not. At the same time, the MPs will examine a draft law which provides more rights to the victims of the offences as regards the sexual life and domestic violence.  

The lawmakers will propose for approval, in the first reading, a draft law on the basic requirements in the radiological security and a legislative initiative which suggests that the jobless people benefit from vouchers for professional training.   

At the same time, the MPs will discuss also the ratification of the agreement in the social security sector between Moldova and Spain and the agreement between the governments of Moldova and the State of Qatar on the abolition of the short-stay visas for the holders of ordinary passports.
