Moldova's Public Services Agency to register peasant farms starting from 2023

Chisinau, 22 September /MOLDPRES/ - The peasant farms will be registered by the Public Services Agency public institution, not by mayoralties. The MPs today adopted, in the final reading, amendments to the law on peasant farms and the law on the state registration of legal entities and private entrepreneurs.    

The document was worked out, in order to standardize the record of the law entities through giving a single identifier and is meant to improve the framework of regulation related to the task of state registration of peasant farms.   

The regulated framework includes all phases of the life cycle of a law entity: certification of the fact of creation, reorganization, liquidation, suspension or resumption of the work, as well as of the fact of amending the articles of incorporation, recording of data in the state register.  

The law will enter into force on 1 January 2023.
