ANRE's decisions on increase in natural gas, thermal energy tariffs published in Official Journal of Moldova

Chisinau, 30 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- The decision of the National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) on increase in natural gas rates was published today in the Official Journal.
Under the document, as of 1 October the gas price will increase from 22.99 lei to 29.26 lei for a cubic meter of gas among end consumers.
At the same time, in today's issue of the Official Journal, ANRE's decision was published on increase in prices for electricity produced in heating power plants and the increase in tariffs for thermal energy delivered in centralized systems.
According to the document, ANRE approved the following prices for the electricity produced in the heating power plants (without VAT): the electricity price produced by Termoelectrica worth 0.454 lei/kWh; the electricity price produced by CET-Nord worth 0.457 lei/kWh.
At the same time, the following tariffs for thermal energy delivered within the centralized thermal energy supply systems were approved: the tariff for thermal energy delivered by Termoelectrica of 2,854 lei/Gcal; the tariff for thermal energy delivered by CET-Nord - 3,052 lei/Gcal; the tariff for thermal energy delivered by Apa-Canal Chisinau - 3 134 lei/Gcal; the tariff for thermal energy delivered by Antermo - 3187 lei/Gcal; the tariff for thermal energy delivered to consumers by Comrat Thermal Networks and Power Plants - 3,342 lei/Gcal.
The new prices will take effect on 1 October.
