Moldovan president meets Slovak prime minister

Chisinau, Oct. 7 /MOLDPRES/- During the European Political Community summit in Prague (the Czech Republic), President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu had a meeting with Prime Minister of Slovakia Eduard Heger on 6 October. The two heads discussed the bilateral relations between the countries, as well as the issues on the security and energy crisis.

According to the presidential press service, Maia Sandu appreciated the development assistance offered through the Slovak Agency for international cooperation and development, as well as Slovakia's support for Moldova's European integration. The officials also talked about the possibilities to increase trade between the two states.
