Chisinau, Oct. 20 /MOLDPRES/- The US Agency for International Development (USAID) announced yesterday that the Comrat city hall will benefit from the e-Chancellery program, set by the USAID My Community Program and meant for use within the Citizen Information and Service Centers.

The centers aim to ensure quick, efficient and transparent access of citizens to administrative services provided by local public authorities. "Such a center was also established in Comrat in 2019 with the help of a development partner, but the excessive cost of the program did not allow the town hall to purchase it at that time," according to the cited source.

Early this week, at the request of the partner, the My Community Program team visited the Comrat city hall to present the possibilities of the e-Chancellery program, which already facilitates the management of the flow of documents in all the Information and Service Centers set up with the support of the Program.

"Thus, with the support of the USAID My Community Program, the Comrat city hall will soon switch to using the e-Chancellery program, which, we are sure, will allow to further increase the quality of the administrative services provided by local authorities", said USAID.
