Moldovans to open bank accounts based on simplified procedures

Chisinau, 20 October /MOLDPRES/ - The bank or payment accounts will be able to be opened by legal entities of private people based on a simplified procedure. The parliament voted amendments to the Fiscal Code in the second reading today.
Following the amendments made, the unpaid sum of fiscal obligations in quantum of up to 100 lei will not be regarded as debt to the national public budget, if a bank account is opened and it is taken in the records.
According to the present version of the Fiscal Code, if the tax payer has debts, either up to 100 lei, the State Fiscal Service has right not to release the document which confirms the taking of the bank account in the records.
