Railway of Moldova to put to tender unused real estate

Chisinau, 20 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Railway of Moldova State Enterprise (CFM) today informed about the holding of an open auction on the lease of 30 real estate unused in the technological process.
According to CFM, the assets are exposed in 30 consignments. ‘’The initial price of exposing of each consignment (real estate) represents the quantum of the annual rent of the real estate, including the value added tax (VAT),’’ the quoted source said.
The real estate put to auction are placed in Chisinau, Balti, Comrat, Vadul lui Voda, Ungheni, Soldanesti, Basarabeasca.
The auction will take place on 31 October.
