Moldovan-Ukrainian customs checkpoint temporarily ceases working

Chisinau, 25 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Moldovan-Ukrainian customs checkpoint Mirnoye-Tabaki has temporarily ceased working.  

According to the Customs Service, the electric energy supply is disconnected on the Ukrainian side, given technical works planned. According to information received from Ukrainian authorities, the work is scheduled to be resumed at 17:00.    

The customs authority informed that, at present, no flow of passengers and transport means was recorded at the Mirnoye customs checkpoint.    

The Customs Service recommends that citizens opt for the nearby checkpoints Cismichioi or Giurgiulesti-Reni.
