Procedure for authorizing vegetation maintenance works in green spaces simplified

Chisinau, Nov. 11 /MOLDPRES/- The promulgation decree and the Law amending some normative acts were published in the Official Journal today.

The document sees the establishment of notification as a simplified authorization procedure for forest treatment works and maintenance of forest vegetation in green spaces. The notification regarding the harvesting of the wood mass will be submitted to the Environment Agency and will allow the applicants to carry out the expected activities from the moment when the Agency issued the reception notice.

Another provision refers to the exact categories of land with forest vegetation on which silvo-technical works can be carried out by authorization, as well as the types of forestry treatments that are authorized.
