November 15 - last day to submit applications for partial compensation of diesel excise duty

Chisinau, Nov. 14 /MOLDPRES/- The Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture (AIPA) warned today that Tuesday, November 15, is the last day for receiving requests for granting partial compensation of the excise duty on diesel invoiced on 1 July -15 November 2022.
The regulation stipulates that excise duties on diesel fuel are compensated as follows: in the amount of 100% of the rate established for this year or 2,980 lei (about 150 euros) per ton - for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, classified according to the provisions of Law No179/2016 on small and medium enterprises; in the amount of 30% of the quota established for this year or 894 lei per ton - for other categories of enterprises that are not specified in Law No179/2016 on small and medium enterprises; in the amount of 100% of the quota established for this year or 2,980 lei per ton - for enterprises in the livestock sector.
The submission of compensation request files is done by the administrator/legal representative at the section/territorial service of AIPA in the area where the applicant operates. Economic agents are urged to submit the file according to the established deadline, to the territorial subdivisions of the Agency, in order to benefit from support from the state.
