Grimăncăuți - Vaskovți border crossing point stopped activity

Chisinau, Nov. 16 /MOLDPRES/- The Customs Service announced that from 08:00 the border crossing point Grimăncăuți (Briceni district) - Vaskovți stopped working, due to the disconnection of the electricity on the Ukrainian side.
The customs institution recommends traffic participants to choose other crossing points in the vicinity or to avoid traveling to Ukraine during this period if possible.
According to the information from the Ukrainian customs workers, the periodic interruption of electricity is the result of technical failures registered following the attacks of the Russian Federation on Ukraine.
