Fund for entrepreneurship to be created in Moldova

Chisinau, 16 November /MOLDPRES/ - The small- and medium-sized enterprises will benefit from financing accessible through the fund for entrepreneurship and economic growth of Moldova. A draft to this effect today was considered at a meeting of the parliamentary commission for economy, budget and finances.

The financing instruments will represent loans on easy terms, full or partial compensation of loans’ costs, other financing means. The resources will be provided by the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA) or through banks and non-bank credit organizations.

The fund will be financed from state budget allocations, financial means provided by development partners and donors – in form of loans, financial and technical assistance, grants. The fund will also be completed from incomes got from crediting and re-crediting, from investment of financial means available.

The fund for entrepreneurship and economic growth of Moldova will be set up within the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development.
