Chisinau Court of Appeal decided to terminate Chisinau Airport concession contract

Chisinau, Nov. 23 /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau Court of Appeal decided today to terminate the Chisinau Airport concession contract. Minister of Justice Sergiu Litvinenco made the statement today.
"Chisinau International Airport returns to the ownership of the State - the decision of the Chisinau Court of Appeal made a short time ago - definitive and enforceable!", wrote the minister.
The Avia Invest company that manages the airport has announced that it will appeal the decision of the Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court of Justice.
