Administrations of Free Economic Zones from Moldova to be able to cede right of superficies to residents

Chisinau, 24 November /MOLDPRES/ - The administrations of the Free Economic Zones (FEZ) will be able to cede the right of superficies to the FEZ residents, after the right of superficies is recorded in the register of movable assets. The MPs today made amendments to the law on the free economic zones.

The right of superficies is the title on the building constructed or the plantation placed on the land of another person and the right of user on this land.

Thus, residents will have right to develop the production infrastructure, such as the construction of industrial sheds and the technical and municipal infrastructure in the free zones.

The amendments proposed will contribute to de-blocking the situation in which more economic agents registered in FEZ face obstacles dealing with the getting of the town planning certificate and the authorization for construction.
