Union Square set up in Sângerei

Chisinau, Dec. 7 /MOLDPRES/- Union Square was inaugurated yesterday in Sângerei, set up as part of the urban revitalization project Sângerei - the city of territorial inclusion, implemented by the Regional Development Agency (ADR) North in April - November 2022.

"This is the first project from the Single Program Document started this year and completed this year as well. For this success, I thank all the actors involved in the management of the project", said Maria Prisacari, director of ADR Nord, at the inauguration ceremony.

This year, from the sources of FNDRL, ADR Nord is implementing three new urban revitalization projects in the north of the country. One of these is the Sângerei - the city of territorial inclusion project, submitted by Sângerei city hall within the Call for the selection of regional development projects for 2021-2023. According to the Northern Regional Operational Program for 2022-2024, such projects aim to strengthen the role and functions of cities in increasing the competitiveness of the region.
