Six new local development projects included in single programme document for 2022-2024 in Moldova

Chisinau, 21 December /MOLDPRES/ - The cabinet of ministers, at a today’s meeting, approved amendments to a government decision on the List of priority local development projects for financing from sources of the National Fund for Regional and Local Development (FNDRL), included in the single programme document (DUP) for 2022-2024.

According to the government’s communication and protocol department, the amendments regard the inclusion of six local development projects at the measure which provides for the Enhancement of the capacities of turning to good account the sources of financing of investment projects financed from sources of development partners and exclusion of another two projects from DUP, for which the non-eligibility of the goals set was found out.

The amendments suggested were approved by the National Council of Coordination of the Regional and Local Development under a decision adopted in late last October.

After the project’s approval, the National Regional and Local Development Office will initiate the procedure of signing of the financing contracts with the local public administrations the projects of which have been additionally included in the List of priority local development projects for financing from FNDRL sources.
