Moldovan parliament adopts fiscal, customs policy for 2023 year in final reading

Chisinau, 29 December /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament adopted the draft of the fiscal and customs policy for the 2023 year in the final reading today.
Under the provisions of the parliament’s regulation, the final reading is compulsory for the complex draft laws. Thus, the draft law was subjected to the process of editing and voted in final reading today.
The fiscal and customs policy for the 2023 year contains a string of proactive measures for stimulating the economic development, among which: introduction of the 0quota of the income tax for the micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises, in the case of non-distribution of the net profit for the fiscal periods 2023-2025; accelerated amortization of investments for the big enterprises; implementation of the concept on the return of the sum of the value added tax (VAT), accumulated in account starting from 1 January 2023; inverted taxation of VAT on the import of services.
