Chisinau, 29 December /MOLDPRES/ - The civil servants with special status, the intelligence and security servicemen and officers will be able to work at another public authority than the one for which they were educated, without being obliged to return the expenses for training. The parliament today voted a draft law to this end, in the second reading.

Under the document, the employees will be able to work at another state authority in a position which implies the fulfilment of military or special services. Thus, only the people who do not want to work in the interests of the state will be able to be obliged to return the expenses for education, not also those who are set to work in another state authority.

At the same time, the draft establishes the right and obligation of the public institution or authority to sue at law, if the employer failed to fulfill his/her duties at the new institution and resigned before term.

In Moldova, the civil servants with special status, the intelligence and security servicemen and officers are trained at the following education institutions: Alexandru cel Bun Military Institute of the Armed Forces, Stefan cel Mare Academy of the Interior Ministry, Bogdan the Founder of Moldova National Intelligence and Security Institute, Training Centre of the National Administration of Penitentiaries and the National College of Border Police.
