Moldovan parliament offers building for rent

Chisinau, 17 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- Parliament's Secretariat announced today that it offers for rent a building with an area of 97.2 m2, located in Chisinau, on Ștefan cel Mare boulevard No159.

Public auction will be held on 31 January at 10:00 a.m. in the premises of the building. The property has three rooms and is located on the ground floor of a block of flats. Respectively, the people who will obtain the right to rent will be able to carry out activities respecting the legislation on housing and public order. Cultural-entertaining activities, organization of gambling or betting will not be allowed. Also, production activities will not be accepted, including in the field of public food. The initial price of the property's rent is 316 thousand lei (about 15 thousand 300 euros) per year.

Interested people can submit applications to participate in the auction to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova.

Private people and legal entities from the Republic of Moldova can participate in the auction, including foreign private people and legal entities, stateless persons, under the conditions of the legislation in force.

The auction participation fee is 600 lei for individuals and 1200 lei for legal entities.
