Moldovan head of state, top European bank's president discuss development programmes backed in Moldova

Chisinau, 18 January /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu, in Davos, has had a discussion with President of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Werner Hoyer on projects financed by the Bank in Moldova and perspectives of cooperation in the long run. Moldova’s priorities of cooperation with EIB are the transport, energy, health and economy’s digitalization, the presidential press service reported.
„We appreciate the support provided to Moldova by EIB, through the Team Europe for overcoming the crises which hit Moldova, in the context of the war in Ukraine, as well as for supporting our advancement on the European integration way,’’ the head of state said.
