Over 470 cases of COVID-19 recorded last week

Chisinau, 24 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- Last week, 475 cases of infection with the new coronavirus were registered in the country, 93 more than the previous week.

According to the Ministry of Health, in the same period, 15,772 tests were performed and three deaths were recorded.

Also, 230 people received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, and 375 received their third dose. In total, to date, 1,075,257 people have been vaccinated with the full schedule.

Starting from July last year, citizens can administer their Booster 2 dose of the vaccine against COVID-19. At the same time, it is possible to immunize children who have turned 12 years old.
