Term for registration of peasant households to be shortened

Chisinau, Feb. 2 /MOLDPRES/- The term of registration of peasant (farmer) households will be shortened, and their registration certificate will be excluded. A draft law on the matter was voted today by the parliament in the second reading.

The draft was set up to standardize the procedure for registering legal entities by the Public Services Agency, adjusting to the Civil Code and establishing the exclusion of the certificate of registration of peasant households. To confirm their state registration, the registration decision will be issued. Also, the registration number of peasant (farmer) households will be replaced with the state identification number (IDNO).

Another provision of the draft refers to the replacement of the term of head of the peasant household with that of administrator.
