Chisinau, Feb. 3 /MOLDPRES/- Draft Public Administration Reform Strategy for 2023-2030 is available for public consultations starting today. The document can be followed on www.particip.gov.md portal, at the following link: https://bit.ly/3jt5YMB.

According to the government's communication and protocol department, the draft strategy represents the government's vision on transformation of the central and local public administration, in the context of the accession to the EU and the new socio-economic realities. This means an efficient, transparent and responsible central and local public administration, capable of permanent improvement, which offers accessible and quality services to citizens and the business environment of the Republic of Moldova, thus contributing to the well-being of society and the strengthening of social cohesion.

"The draft strategy we are proposing to the general public for consultation was discussed at the initial stage with the representatives of the local and central public authorities, and with the external partners of the Republic of Moldova. This dialogue will continue, because we want a strategy that represents the whole society. That's why every proposal to improve the document is important and will be thoroughly examined by the State Chancellery", said Secretary General of the Government Igor Talmazan.

By 17 February the State Chancellery will collect all proposals to modify the new public administration reform strategy. Also, public discussions will be organized in several localities in the country, where representatives of the Government, the Parliament and the State Chancellery will present the main changes due to take place, according to the strategy, until 2030 and will answer the public's questions.
