Chisinau, February 10 /MOLDPRES/- Several technical vocational education institutions in our country will benefit from support for connecting vocational training programs to labor market trends and increasing the employment rate of their graduates. At the same time, training classes and training laboratories in the beneficiary institutions will be modernized. The actions will be implemented within the Project Consolidation of Vocational Education System in Moldova (CONSEPT V), which was launched in Chisinau.

According to the Ministry of Education and Research, 14 technical vocational education institutions will be guided by international and local experts in developing a partnership development plan and a communication strategy to attract the business sector. At the same time, foremen-instructors from partner companies and institutions will benefit from training. The project also foresees the development of a set of tools for the evaluation of internships.

Under the CONSEPT V project, professional training programs will be developed in the transport and electronics.

The CONSEPT V project is financed by the Liechtenstein Development Service Foundation (LED) and implemented in 2023-2025 by the Public Education for Development Association (AED) in collaboration with MEC. The Liechtenstein foundation invested over 8.5 million euros in the previous phases of the CONSEPT Project, launched in our country in 2008.
