Missile flew over airspace of Moldova

Chisinau, February 10 /MOLDPRES/- A missile flew over the airspace of the Republic of Moldova today.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the responsible people of the institution detected, at 10:18 a.m., a missile, which crossed the airspace over the town of Mocra in the Transnistrian region and later over the town of Cosăuți in Soroca district, heading towards Ukraine.

The Ministry of Defense announced it "monitors the situation in the region and condemns the violation of the airspace of the Republic of Moldova".

Since the start of the war in Ukraine, the country's airspace has been repeatedly overrun by missiles. At the same time, some of their components fell near the Moldovan-Ukrainian border.
