Moldovan prime minister-designate meets trade union representatives

Chisinau, February 14 /MOLDPRES/- Candidate designated for the position of prime minister Dorin Recean had consultations with representatives of the trade unions today.
After the meeting, Dorin Recean announced that the participants in the discussions agreed to collaborate to increase work productivity. "I will make sure we have constant communication to find solutions to protect and help employees become productive and motivated," said Dorin Recean.
The official also discussed with the representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. They emphasized the need to support domestic producers and to focus efforts on ensuring energy efficiency, training the workforce and boosting the dialogue between economic agents and government institutions.
"We agreed that we will work together to fulfill the priorities - discipline in the institutions, the country security and economic development," he said.
Yesterday, Recean discussed with representatives of the business environment, of the Congress of Local Authorities of Moldova and civil society.
Late last week, President Maia Sandu nominated Dorin Recean as a candidate for the position of prime minister. He has 15 days to request the Parliament's vote of confidence on the activity program and the entire list of the Government.
