Moldovan cabinet speaks out for open dialogue with employers for enterprises' benefit

Chisinau, 3 March /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Dorin Recean today had a meeting with the members of the National Confederation of Employers from Moldova (CNPM), which represents about 4,500 economic agents from the country and more than 40,000 employees, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
The PM reiterated the authorities’ intention to have a permanent and open dialogue with the employers’ representatives. He stressed that the economic development and the backing of businesses was a priority of the governmental team.
The participants in the meeting tackled the problems faced by the business environment and which regard aspects on the labour legislation, constrains from the constructions industry, transports sector, those dealing with the supply with water and sewerage services.
The members of the National Confederation of Employers from Moldova set forth their opinions on the way of distribution of the volume of medical services contracted by the National Health Insurances Company. They also pointed out the need to elaborate a new version of the Fiscal Code and promote the package of legislative proposals on the digitalization of the national economy.
The prime minister informed the participants in the meeting about the government’s openness to continue the dialogue for identifying solutions on subjects of interest.
