Moldovan deputy PM has meeting with Ambassador of United Kingdom

Chisinau, 7 March /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian today met Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Moldova Steven Fisher, accompanied by Programme Manager at the Embassy Matthew Jordan, the Reintegration Policies Bureau has reported.

The participants in the meeting discussed Chisinau’s priorities in the Transnistrian settlement sector and promotion of the confidence building measures on both banks of the Dniester river, preponderantly projects on sustainable development, backed by the government of the United Kingdom.

The sides paid special attention to the current dynamic of the Chisinau-Tiraspol interaction and the measures carried out by the constitutional authorities for supporting the residents from the two banks of Dniester.
