Moldova presented offers at Berlin International Tourism Fair

Chisinau, March 9. /MOLDPRES/- The Republic of Moldova attends the International Tourism Fair (ITB) in Berlin on 7-9 March, which this year gathered over ten thousand exhibitors from 180 countries.

"Informative materials and attractive content are distributed at the Moldova stand, such as the Pomul Vietii (Tree of Life) Cultural-Tourist Agenda 2023, which contains 40 cultural events that offer attractive and quality experiences, of interest to tourists, but also tourist offers such as: wine tours, gastronomy, kayaking, birdwatching. At the same time, German tourists will learn about the tourist destinations in Moldova with the help of virtual tours", according to Andrei Chistol, state secretary of the Ministry of Culture.

Also, during the event in Berlin, Moldova launched SmartGuide, the first digital audio guide for travelers. Thus, from this March, tourists visiting Moldova will be able to use this digital audio guide thanks to a mobile application, SmartGuide, which includes 500 guides, guided audio tours, offline maps and itineraries.

Our country participates in the event for the tenth consecutive time.
