Euro continues to appreciate against Moldovan leu

Chisinau, 21 March /MOLDPRES/ - The single European currency will appreciate by 0.12 lei against the Moldovan leu on 22 March and will cost 20.08 lei, according to data by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM).

At the same time, the U.S. dollar will cheapen and will have an official quotation of 18.63 lei.

BNM established an official exchange rate of 4.08 lei for the Romanian leu, up by 0.03 lei against today. The value of the Ukrainian hryvnia will remain the same – 0.50 lei and the Russian rouble will preserve its price of 0.24 lei.
