Moldovan parliament to hold plenary meeting

Chisinau, 27 March /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament will hold a plenary meeting on 30 March. The standing bureau’s members today approved the supplement to the agenda today.
According to the parliament’s communication and public relations department, the MPs will consider, in the second reading, a draft law proposing the reformation of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ), as well as the extraordinary evaluation of the CSJ judges and of the candidates for this office. A legislative initiative, which provides for the delimiting of the competences of the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office and of the National Anticorruption Centre at the investigation of high-level corruption cases, was included on the agenda too.
The lawmakers will also suggest for consideration, in the second reading, a draft law on the implementation of the provisions of the multilateral agreement of the competent authorities for the automated exchange of information concerning the financial accounts. Also, the MPs will propose for adoption legislative amendments which regard aspects related to the corporate governance and capital market.
Also in the second reading, the parliament will examine the draft law on the subsidization in agriculture and rural environment, as well as legislative initiative, thereby giving young people opportunity to make paid probations in the public sector.
