Over 6,000 people calls ambulance in Moldova on last days off

Chisinau, 2 May /MOLDPRES/ - The Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical Assistance Service registered 6,275 calls, of which 851 for children, during the 1 May mini-vacation. Following the providing of the first medical aid, 2,348 patients, of whom 504 children, were harried to hospital.     

On the concerned period, the Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical Assistance Service was called for 638 people, of whom 161 children with diverse injuries. The ambulance teams intervened in 18 traffic accidents, in the wake of which 25 people were hit. Following the providing of medical assistance 22 patients, of whom four children, were carried to hospital with different injuries.
