Moldovan president, business associations' representatives discuss European Moldova Assembly, due on 21 May

Chisinau, 2 May /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu today had a meeting with representatives of more business people’s associations. The sides discussed perspectives of the economic development, in the context of the country’s accession to the European Union, the presidential press service has reported.
„The priority of the governance is the development of a European economy, with a participatory economic activity and a competitive business environment. Just today, the cabinet announced the 373 Programme for backing the Moldovan entrepreneurs, for investments and jobs,’’ the head of state said.
President Maia Sandu stressed that the economic development was necessary, in order to improve the well-being and the living standards of all citizens. Each success business from our settlements means new jobs and higher incomes for people. Along with the entrepreneurs, with those who contribute to the economic growth, we will edify European conditions for living and work at home. We will say this firmly at the European Moldova Assembly on 21 May.
