Seven magistrates to be temporarily transferred to Supreme Court of Justice

Chisinau, May 3. /MOLDPRES/- After four hours of hearings, the members of the Superior Council of the Magistracy announced the results of the competition for the temporary replacement by transfer of 12 vacant judge positions at the Supreme Court of Justice. Thus, only seven out of 14 applicants will be transferred.
According to the CSM decision, the seven will start their work from May 10 and will operate for a six-month period. Thus, following the interview of the candidates, the CSM members decided on the temporary transfer of the following judges: Aliona Donos - judge, Bălți Court; Sergiu Daguța, from the Chisinau Court of Appeal; Ion Malanciuc from Criuleni Court; Viorica Puica - Criuleni Court; Oxana Parfeni - Chisinau Court; Boris Talpa - CA Chisinau; Ghenadie Eremciuc - Balti Court.
The other candidates did not collect the required number of votes.
The temporarily transferred magistrates will replace the staff shortage at the CSJ caused by the resignation in early April of 18 judges of this structure.
