Moldovan president to attend coronation ceremony of His Majesty King Charles III

Chisinau, May 4. /MOLDPRES/- Following an invitation of the British authorities, President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu will participate in the coronation ceremony of His Majesty King Charles III, due on 6 May.
According to the presidential press service, in London, the head of state will also have a meeting with Moldovans residing in Great Britain.
The ceremony is to begin at 11:00 local time (13:00 in Moldova) and will last about one hour, under the leadership of the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, the spiritual leader of the Anglican Church.
About 2,000 guests will be present at the event (foreign leaders, crowned heads, politicians, civil society).
