Chisinau, May 4. /MOLDPRES/- Private people and legal entities from the municipalities of Bălți, Cahul, Soroca, Edineț, Ungheni, Orhei, Hâncești, Tighina and Găgăuzia can obtain the electronic signature more easily, given that new counters have been opened in the municipalities.
According to the Information Technology and Cyber Security Service (STISC), a contract has been recently signed by which the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova (CCI) was delegated the duties of a registration service provider.
The service is available at CCI branches of the Republic of Moldova in the targeted municipalities and is intended for all citizens, who are not subject to the declaration of assets and personal interests.
"The goal is to facilitate the citizen's access to the electronic signature issuance service, to save the beneficiary's time, who until now had to travel to Chisinau to obtain the electronic signature," STISC head Alexandru Corețchi said.
By signing the contract, STISC and CCI strengthen their partnership in order to promote electronic public services and improve access to them for all citizens.
