Over 200 journalists from 23 countries accredited for week-long CPE Summit

Chisinau, May 7. /MOLDPRES/- In the first week after the opening of the accreditation process for the press, more than 200 international journalists expressed their intention to cover the European Political Community (EPC) Summit 2023, hosted by Moldova on June 1, 2023.
So far, requests for accreditation have been got from media outlets and journalists from 23 countries, including France, Great Britain, Belgium, Sweden, Spain, Greece, the United States of America and Japan.
The accreditation deadline is May 18, 11:59 p.m.
The Republic of Moldova is the host of the European Political Community Summit, due on June 1, 2023, bringing together, for the first time, 50 presidents, prime ministers and senior European officials. The summit will take place at Mimi Castle in Bulboaca village, Anenii Noi district, located approximately 35 kilometers from Chisinau.
The European Political Community is a pan-European governmental forum, established last year following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, serving as a platform that brings together European leaders to discuss and identify solutions for Europe's most pressing problems, such as security, stability and energy resilience.
