Moldovan Constitutional Court's session on verifying constitutionality of Shor Political Party postponed

Chisinau, 10 May /MOLDPRES/ - The Constitutional Court’s session for considering a notification by Moldova’s government on verification of the constitutionality of the Shor Political Party has been postponed for 11 May.

Following more hours of deliberations and a demand of challenge, the magistrates ruled to postpone the settlement of the approaches by representatives of the Shor Political Party on the inviting and hearing of witnesses and other people relevant for the cause in the action at law.

The judges admitted the requirement by the Shor Political Party on postponing the session, in order to take knowledge of other materials, submitted by government’s representatives.

The session will continue on 11 May at 10:00.
