Moldovan speaker attends events in two localities of Ialoveni district

Chisinau, May 23 /MOLDPRES/-Speaker Igor Grosu participated in the events dedicated to dedication days of Horești and Costești localities, Ialoveni district, the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.

In Horești, Grosu participated in a festival, where children from several localities of the country performed. Also, he noted that recently, several projects to improve the infrastructure in Horești are under development.

Grosu also congratulated the citizens of Costești village, Ialoveni district, who celebrated 450 years of the foundation of the town. "Costești is one of the largest villages in the country, a village of thrifty and brave people. I wish you to continue to prosper and remain an example," he said.

Also, he thanked the citizens for participating in the European Moldova Assembly on Sunday and for showing unity and solidarity.

"I had a feeling of spiritual joy to see so many good, talented people, who clearly and bluntly said that they want to live in a civilized world, in peace - in the European Union", he said.
