Ministry of Finance restarts issuance of long-term state securities

Chisinau, May 23 /MOLDPRES/- The Ministry of Finance restarts the issuance of long-term state securities (VMS). At the 24 May tender, investors will be able to purchase State Bonds with maturities of two, three, five and seven years.

At the same time, in order to develop the capital market, the ministry will admit the trading of VMS with a long circulation period at the Stock Exchange of Moldova.

investors can purchase the respective state bonds either through primary dealers or through brokers on the secondary market, thus directly supporting state-financed projects, such as: the repair and construction of roads, kindergartens, schools, hospitals, payment of salaries and pensions, other social purpose activities.

The list of State Bonds admitted for trading and the open positions will be published by the Stock Exchange of Moldova on website.
