Sangerei town of Moldova joins settlements connected to platform www.Alerte.md

Chisinau, 31 May /MOLDPRES/ - The national platform of digital administration of towns, www.alerte.md, is extending. The Sangerei city is the seventh settlement from Moldova and the second city from the northern region to join the platform. This will allow the intelligent management of the city through diverse digital instruments, the goal of which is to optimize the communication between citizens and the local public administration.    

By use of one click, on the platform, www.alerte.md, citizens will be able to report their problems from the city and watch online the progress of the notification’s settlement, will be able to launch civic initiatives and get support of the community through a voting system, will participate in opinion polls launched by the mayoralty, thus contributing to the taking of decisions and will be able to subscribe to the important notifications from the city.    

The Sangerei city mayor, Arcadie Covaliov, said that the www.alerte.md platform would contribute to the improvement of the quality of living of the citizens, due to the fact that they will be heard and their problems will be tackled and then settled.  

Presently, 482 problems, 20 civic initiatives and 24 opinion polls are published on the platform www.alerte.md, with over 18,000 votes on behalf of citizens accumulated. The platform was launched in the cities of Cahul, Leova, Cantemir, Balti, Cimislia, Causeni and Sangerei. The national platform, www.alerte.md allows each city of Moldova to have a dedicated version, managed by the settlement’s mayoralty. The extension of www.alerte.md will be carried out gradually in 2023-2024.
