Moldova's National Health Insurances Company collects revenues worth over four billion lei since early 2023

Chisinau, 6 June /MOLDPRES/ - The National Health Insurances Company (CNAM) in January-June 2023 has collected revenues worth over 4 billion 219 million lei in the mandatory health insurances accounts (AOAM).
Most revenues come from the health insurances premiums in percentage quota from the salary. They amounted to 2 billion 816 million lei, up by almost 450 million lei against the same period of the year before.
The mandatory health insurance premiums in fixed sum stood at about 174 million lei, which is by about 62 million lei more against the same period of the 2022 year.
Other revenues collected in the AOAM accounts, including the insurance premiums paid by the residents of the information technology parks, exceeded 88 million lei, which by 38 million lei (1.9 million euros) more against the sum registered on the same period of the last years.
The transfers from the state budget amounted to 1 billion 141 million lei in the first five months of this year.
At the same time, expenses worth about 5 billion 263 million lei were made from AOAM’s accounts.
